Serving Suggestions
Oven: → Preheat the oven to 180°C for about 3–5 minutes. Remove the individual packaging, then heat the mooncake in the oven for about 8 minutes.
Air Fryer: → Remove the individual packaging, place the mooncake directly into the air fryer, and heat at 180°C for about 8–9 minutes.
Rice Cooker: → Remove the individual packaging, place the mooncake directly into the rice cooker’s inner pot, and heat using the “Cook” mode for about 15 minutes.
The above are suggested methods; heating time may need to be adjusted according to your appliance’s power level.
Storage Suggestions
To maintain optimal quality and flavor, we recommend the following storage methods:
Freezer (−18°C): → Best consumed within 45 days
Refrigerated (0°C – 4°C): → Best consumed within 10 days
Air-conditioned room temperature (25°C): → Best consumed within 45 days
After the above storage periods, the mooncake crust may begin to soften. If the individual packaging remains intact, it can still be enjoyed according to the “Best Before” date printed on the box.
Pickup Method
▶ Enjoy free shipping on any single order of HK$600 or more for any products in-store. Customers may choose SF Express delivery or pick-up at designated self-pickup points. (Free shipping applies to local deliveries only, excluding outlying islands and remote areas.)
▶ For orders below the free shipping threshold, customers may choose SF Express delivery / SF Express freight collect / self-pickup: All ordered mooncakes will be shipped between September 20 and October 10. SF Express delivery / self-pickup point fee is HK$40.
▶ Partner store self-pickup: Customers can collect orders from the selected partner store between September 20 and October 10. Please make a reservation for pickup location and time via WhatsApp at 9855 1970 at least 24 hours in advance. We will notify customers via WhatsApp when the order is ready for pickup at the chosen location.
