90年代香港人會經常看到「蟲草CS4」於廣告中出現,大家都會知道蟲草係「好嘢」,但蟲草的味道相信冇乜人知,其實蟲草會有一陣清香的味道。甜點師就研發出一款「紫薯燕麥蟲草」,加入台灣培植蟲草於「鷄蛋餅。脆曲奇」,使味道清新獨特之餘,亦十分健康。

曲奇特點:
1. 把香港傳統的鷄蛋餅重新打做,並加入法國Isigny無鹽天然發酵牛油 (獲歐盟產區限定AOP及PDO認證),做口感更鬆脆。
2. 少麵粉少牛油 低溫烘焙,曲奇更輕盈及健康。
3. 加入天然羅漢果精華,減少白糖含量,中和曲奇於烘焙時的熱氣。
4. 選用日本鹿兒島紫薯,薯味十足。
5. 選用台灣培植蟲草含有效Cs-4,能恢復體力、消除疲勞、促進身力和活力。
6. 選用澳洲Sugar lean低升糖庶糖,可減血糖上升。完全合適關注血糖、低糖飲食或體重管理人士。
7. 無添加劑。

Low GI Purple Sweet Potato Oatmeal with Cordyceps Crispy Cookie, 8 pcs per pack and advantage:
1. Using Isigny unsalted natural femented butter from French (obtained AOP and PDO certification from EU.
2. Less flour and butter, and bake at low temperature.
3. Add natural Monk Fruit Extract to reduce the sugar usage and make it more health.
4. Using purple sweet potato from Japan and Cordyceps from Taiwan.
5. Using Sugarlean Low GI gane sugar from Australia. Fit for people who care about blood sugar, low-sugar diet or weight management.
