1. 把香港傳統的鷄蛋餅重新打做,並加入法國Isigny無鹽天然發酵牛油 (獲歐盟產區限定AOP及PDO認證),做口感更鬆脆。
2. 少麵粉少牛油 低溫烘焙, 曲奇更輕盈及健康。
3. 加入天然羅漢果精華,減少白糖含量,中和曲奇於烘焙時的熱氣。
4. 選用原片伯爵茶葉。
5. 選用澳洲Sugar lean低升糖庶糖,可減血糖上升。完全合適關注血糖、低糖飲食或體重管理人士。
6. 零添加劑。
7. 百分百於香港本土ISO9001認證烘焙餅房製 作和包裝。
